Hi, how do you handle check-ups after the surgery?
For hair transplant clinics · Free pilot
Grafta for Clinics brings requests from the app, your offer and the first year of aftercare into one panel. You see exactly what the patient chooses to share.
How it works
The process that's scattered across WhatsApp, email and phone today comes together in one place, linked to the patient's own app.
The patient writes a question, picks the analysis photos and hair designs they want to share and confirms sharing them with your clinic.
You reply in the panel and send a structured offer: price, graft range, technique, what's included and a validity date.
When the patient accepts, they become your patient without an invite code. The default care protocol you picked in the panel is assigned automatically and shows up day by day in the patient's app.
If the patient turns on sharing, you see their recovery photos; you get an email alert when they share a symptom check with you.
Panel
Requests are listed by latest activity, with the unread message count on each row. Filter by status: new, contacted, offer sent, accepted, closed.
Amount (EUR, USD, TRY, GBP), graft range, FUE or DHI, inclusions such as accommodation and transfers, follow-up period, validity.
Tasks from day 1 to day 365, with separate areas for hair, beard and eyebrows. Edit your own protocol and set it as the default; it is assigned to new patients automatically.
When the patient turns on sharing, you see the photos in their recovery diary. The patient is always the one who turns sharing on or off.
You get an email when a patient shares a symptom check with you. The details, and the photo if there is one, are in the panel; the email never contains the message, the photo or the symptom details. A symptom check is not a medical assessment or an emergency channel.
Message your patient in the app during the request and after surgery. The patient gets a notification on their phone, and you get an email notification for new messages.
Care protocol
The patient adds photos to their diary and ticks off the care list day by day. If they turn on sharing, you follow their recovery too.

In a request: the name and contact details the patient enters, their question and messages, and the analysis photos and hair design they attach. Once they're your patient: their surgery date and recovery day, your conversation with them, the symptom checks they share with you (with the photo, if any) and, if they turn on sharing, the photos in their recovery diary. All of this is in the panel; your email only gets notifications.
